Shipping Policy
We ship bike parts and accessories across Canada. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on orders over $100 (before tax)
- Orders under $100 — shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
- Free local pickup available at our shop: Unit 17, 5370 Canotek Road, Ottawa, ON
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by destination and are estimated at checkout. Typical delivery within Canada is 5–10 business days. Tunes on Wheels is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it — unused and uninstalled
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Contact us at hello@tunesonwheels.ca to request a return. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return — items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns should be shipped to:

Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
Returns are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether it has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at hello@tunesonwheels.ca.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hello@tunesonwheels.ca if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or special-order parts
- Installed or used components
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Gift cards
- Items returned without prior approval
