Shipping Policy

Tunes on Wheels ships bike parts and accessories to any address in Canada via Canada Post.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on orders over $100 (before tax)
  • Orders under $100 — shipping is calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location and are estimated at checkout. As a general guide:

  • Ontario & Quebec: 2–5 business days
  • Rest of Canada: 5–10 business days

These are estimates provided by Canada Post and are not guaranteed. Tunes on Wheels is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

A Canada Post tracking number is included with every shipment. You can track your order at canadapost-postescanada.ca or through the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Tunes on Wheels is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@tunesonwheels.ca as soon as possible and we will work with Canada Post to resolve the issue.
